Besides being President of AIRMEDIC, Stephan Huot is President and founder of the Huot Investments. The Company employs more than 250 employees through out its various affiliates including Société Immobilière Huot, Le Groupe Transrapide, Millénum Construction, Capital Hélicoptère and GoHelico.  Mr. Stephan Huot is an aviation enthusiast as well as an experienced helicopter pilot. He is a businessman very close to his community. 

Stephan Huot supports a variety of community organizations. He is and has been for several years the Honorary Chairman of La fondation des Auberges du Cœur and is a major donator of Centraide.

Dr Alan Azuelos

Dr. Alan Azuelos holds an MD from the University of Ottawa in addition to holding a double major. A major in family medicine and another in emergency medicine at McGil University.  He works primarily in the Emergency Department of the Montreal Jewish General Hospital for over 15 years. He is also chief and team coordinator to ensure top-level care to its patients.

In addition to directing all medical business operations, he ensures development of the company through partnerships with various public administrative bodies in Quebec and various companies and private entities.

Aziz Fikri was Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Transcontinental Interactive and Vice President, Marketing and Technology at Centria. He worked for 15 years at BCE where he first held the position of Managing Director, Strategy and Marketing, and then Vice President, Strategic Planning. He holds a university degree in Economics, earned a bachelor's degree in Business and Administration and a master's in Marketing. Mr. Fikri was also a lecturer at the Université du Québec for three years.

Jean Handfield was a pilot instructor at Eurocopter before joining the crew at Airmedic. He has also worked for Pemberton Helicopters, Helicraft 2000, and Hélicoptères La Vérendrye (Viking Helicopters) as chief pilot, operations manager, and flight instructor. As a renowned pilot, Jean has taken part in missions of all kinds: police operations, rescue missions, news reports, and others.

Sophie Larochelle, CPA and CA has extensive experience in accounting and financial management. For nearlythree years, she has set up all the control systems and management systems in several companies. His rigor and critical analysis are essential assets to business success. Expert in financial strategy, she participated and directed several financing projects. Over the past ten years, she held various management positions in accounting and finance.

Carl Guérard

Carl Guerard occupies the function of director of operations and logistics. In his role, he is mandated to ensure the smooth running of operations related to the delivery of emergency medical transportation services, inter-hospital and pre-hospital in addition to assuming the responsibilities of the management of the Central Coordination and Management of medical personnel and aircraft pilots. Since arriving in the management team, he has the mission to simplify and solidify business processes and to implement an internal coordination service. Prior to joining AIRMEDIC, Carl holds in turn the vice president of operations and change management at Securitas and Director at Air Canada. Carl Guerard holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of New Brunswick. He also served in the Canadian military for 5 years as a Military Police Officer, where he followed a Police Studies Program.

Mélissa Roy Normandin

Melissa Roy Normandin holds the position of director of human resources at AIRMEDIC. Its mandate is to direct the management of all the human capital of the business activities, in addition to initiatives related to corporate culture, organizational development and change management.
His vast experience of 10 years is exploited since his arrival in the company's management team, with the challenge of supporting the transformation of AIRMEDIC and allow the company to achieve its development objectives.
 
Before joining the team AIRMEDIC Melissa Roy Normandin has left its mark in human resources management with pioneering SMBs in their respective industries.
