What drew you to Airmedic?
Airmedic is a young, dynamic company offering a range of services in a sector that inspires dreams, namely medical assistance through air transport. The moment I first entered the offices, I knew. Working at Airmedic is tailor-made for me. Since then, every day enriches my passion for my job. At Airmedic, nothing stands still. Everything is in constant progress. The idea of continuously improving our range of services for our clients generates ongoing reflection within the team. Being able to contribute to this brainstorming excites me greatly. Every time a team takes off, I feel as if a part of me goes with them.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
At Airmedic, days pass, but they are never the same. Each client is unique and has their own needs. That is why we put so much heart into adapting to their reality. My daily routine involves interacting with members by phone, responding to emails, and so on. I also ensure coordination with all departments so that everyone can take advantage of the comprehensive toolkit available to them. Every day, I speak with a large number of people. I get to know them better so they can access the best possible support. At Airmedic, offering personalized service is part of our DNA. I am fortunate to carry this responsibility daily, and I am proud of it.

What, in your opinion, is little known about your job?
Contact with members and departments is just the tip of the iceberg.
I also handle a large portion of administrative work that occupies much of my days. Airmedic continues to grow year after year. To meet demand, we use a highly advanced administrative system. To respond accurately to client inquiries, we must have the most precise information. That is why I ensure the meticulous recording of data in our management system. I also write internal procedures for our department and make sure they are properly communicated to the team.
Additionally, my job involves a lot of fieldwork. I have the chance to meet our current and potential members at public events such as the Grand Snowmobile and ATV Show or the Hunting and Fishing Outfitters Show. Answering the public’s questions and promoting Airmedic is extremely rewarding. This is an aspect of my job that I love.

What motivates you to come to work in the morning?
Since my work is never routine, I wonder what each day will bring. The unknown greatly stimulates me. My two driving forces are curiosity and growth. I need to grow, renew myself, even start over to reach higher, and then generate results and added value. Thinking big is what I like most. To achieve this, I seek to confront different worlds and environments. So my motivation is to have original ideas and help them grow, and then start again. That is when I feel very comfortable, useful, and effective.
