Development of a new repatriation service

We have expanded our service offering by launching international medical repatriation options. Whether through accompaniment on a commercial flight or via an air ambulance, we ensure safe, humane, and efficient transport. This new offering reflects our commitment to providing emergency care beyond borders. These efforts are among the highlights for Airmedic, as they show our ongoing dedication to improving our services.

Reinforcing our aircraft fleet

The addition of the Learjet 45XR into our fleet has improved our ability to respond quickly to complex medical needs, both internationally and in Northern Quebec. It has a range of 3,300 km, a cruising speed of 860 km/h, and the ability to operate on short and varied runways. In short, it is ideal for long-distance evacuations. It enables missions to key destinations such as France, Florida, Brazil, Mexico, Cuba, Morocco, Thailand, Norway, and Western Canada. This addition reflects our commitment to fast, high-quality interventions. In doing so, it enhances our response time, here and abroad.

National and international acclaim

Our efforts have been recognized through several notable awards. For example, media outlets such as the International Travel & Health Journal have highlighted our technological innovations and exceptional services. These honors reinforce Airmedic’s position as a leader in the field of specialized medical transport.

Introducing EZResus technology

Airmedic has become the first Quebec-based company specializing in aeromedical care to integrate the EZResus application. Indeed, it is a true asset for improving the quality of in-flight care.
