Airmedic is the only business in Quebec that owns air ambulances. Airmedic planes and helicopters are veritable flying emergency rooms, specially equipped to provide all the pre-hospital care required. As soon as they arrive onsite, the emergency Medical Team takes charge of the situation, regardless of your medical condition.

 
 

Planes and helicopters

Planes and helicopters Airmedic has a fleet of recent aircraft configured as air ambulances.
The Airmedic fleet includes five units: Two Pilatus planes and three helicopters – two Agusta AW109 GRANDNEW and one EC130 B4.

EC130 B4

Fits one pilot, two medical team personnel and a stretcher. Offers exceptional speed, range and comfort. The maximum speed is approximately 210 km/h. The interior is perfectly configured for emergency medical care.

AGUSTA AW109 GRANDNEW

Equipped with cutting edge medical technology, the AGUSTA AW109 GRANDNEW Fits three medical team personnel, two pilots and a stretcher. It can fly at speeds of up to 289 KM/H.

PILATUS

The Pilatus has an exceptional capacity for landing on short runways and on ungroomed surfaces (grass, gravel, snow). It has a maximum speed of 528 km/h and can hold four medical team members, two pilots and two stretchers.
