Therefore, this $54-million transaction will secure the organization\u2019s long-term stability and support its continued growth. <\/p>\n Finally, this acquisition was made possible through the financial support of F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des caisses Desjardins du Qu\u00e9bec and Capital r\u00e9gional et coop\u00e9ratif Desjardins.<\/p>\n Airmedic remains the only private company offering medical assistance services in Qu\u00e9bec. Therefore, it continues to deliver safe and adapted emergency air care, regardless of the situation.
