When the coordination center receives a call, the ground operations team springs into action. This allows our aircraft and crew to take off quickly and provide medical care that meets the highest industry standards. <\/p>\n

For over two years, Maxime Jones, team lead of ground operations, has overseen the inspection of aircraft in the hangar. He ensures they are in order, safe, and ready for any deployment. In addition, he prepares flights, manages crew returns, and coordinates movements, parking, and safety signage. <\/p>\n

He also tows aircraft to the parking area or into the hangar. Maxime ensures the proper functioning of facilities in our five hangars across Quebec. This includes fuel tanks, tow bars, tractors, de-icing carts, service vehicles, and hangar doors. <\/p>\n

Ground operations agents are always in the thick of the action. Maxime and his team are on the front lines of all operations, making each day unique and engaging. <\/p>\n
