Finally, continuous monitoring was maintained throughout the entire transport, ensuring the patient\u2019s clinical stability. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-volet-3-le-positionnement-strategique-via-kingston\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #b21020;\">Component 3 \u2014 Strategic Repositioning via Kingston<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Operationally, the aircraft was repositioned in advance to Kingston, Jamaica. Consequently, this strategic positioning made it possible to operate a direct flight between Colombia and the Caribbean while respecting regulatory crew duty-time limitations and preserving continuity of care. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"h-resultats-et-impacts\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #b21020;\">Results and Impact<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preserved dignity<\/strong>: direct loading through the cargo door eliminated the need for multiple handling procedures and intermediate transfers.
