Comparable to the system used by 911 centers, this software is a complete solution for call management and dispatch. Uniquely, it has been fully adapted to the environment of air medical emergency evacuations, a first in Quebec.

A custom technological adaptation for the emergency call center

Given this specialized environment, adapting the software required a full year of programming. Airmedic operates according to proven rapid-response principles.
