First of all, let me wish you a happy and prosperous year 2022. May this year allow all of us to catch our breath and regain a certain level of predictability in managing our business.

Adaptation, resilience, and professionalism: the keys to success at Airmedic
For some of us, the past 20 months have been a test of adaptation, resilience, and professionalism. Indeed, the pandemic has been, for some, a driver of development. For others, it was an opportunity to go into the deepest corners to find the spark of creativity that allowed adjustment to an ever-changing reality.
Unlike some institutions, Airmedic does not have the luxury of building the plane while in flight. The transfer of patients by air requires rigorous planning. It also demands increased management of the factors influencing patient care and the maintenance of high sanitary standards.
Proactive management at the heart of success
At Airmedic, the approach has been to establish a seasoned management team. They anticipated the effects of government measures on the day-to-day affairs of our members according to their economic sectors: mining, construction, forestry, engineering, etc. All our managers enabled progress on matters with a perspective of daily adjustments. In this way, we were able to respond to the needs expressed by our members in real time. This capacity for rapid adaptation perfectly reflects the principles of adaptation, resilience, and professionalism.
Shared leadership
Not only could I rely on my team, but also on one of the most valuable resources… you! The past months have shown us the full importance of working in harmony with our partners. They have also reinforced the need to further open communication channels and collaborate to improve our respective practices.
This sustained collaboration and communication allowed us remarkable agility. This bond of trust represents a fundamental pillar of our collective efficiency.
People at the heart of adaptation
The most difficult challenge we faced remains the adaptation of our employees to a reality previously unknown. Proximity to cases, equipment disinfection, impacts on mental health, unforeseen investments for their safety: all these elements tested our resilience.
Fortunately, our team embodies exemplary professionalism. Indeed, they are committed to the mission of saving lives and preventing health disasters. Few companies can rely on such leadership in hostile contexts while ensuring a high-quality air medical transport service.
A forward-looking vision
We have all adapted to this new reality. Each day, it pushes us to be more creative. It encourages us to develop new approaches in health, protection, human resources, and management. This rigor is an integral part of our DNA and is part of a dynamic of adaptation, resilience, and professionalism.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you. Thank you for trusting us and approaching this new year with a sense of stability and favorable conditions.
